As she was leaving it was pouring down with rain.

She arrived with no coat.

She left wearing my blue rain mac.

(She looked better in it than me :))

I sent hubby to get some raffle tickets from Rob & Maggie who run a very worthwhile charity

I even gave them a bottle of wine for a future raffle.

Now to do some pancakes...

My kids already had some at my dads.

I could only manage one....

Pancake with butterscotch sauce, strawberries, cherries & pecan nuts

Cards & Presents ready.💓

Pumping It Up!

 Now to tidy up the Dining Room.

The card and presents have been bought and made.
The meal is ready to be cooked....

Planning For The Big Day....

I had a little lie-in \o/

Hubby had his Valentine request read out on the local radio station.

Getting in the mood for Valentines..💗💗

Had another ride out...

 

I didn't do the Dunelm experience.

I did Lidl instead.

Got our meal for Valentine's Day... 💗

Went down to Morrisons to get what we couldn't get in Lidl.

Got a nice lunch...

 Wrote out the Valentine's Day Menu...

Followed by the use of a very warm hand.

As Hunt for Red October had docked for the next 5 days! 

 

 

 

Adding Extra Warmth To It...

As we had a early night last night...

We were up far too early for a Saturday!

Sat in bed with a cup of tea,

Listening to the Sound of the Sixties..

 Quick play with Gear Stick.

Later on, another ride out...

Stocked up on Valentine's Day supplies

Waited for something...

 Coffee time!↓

 Nice views from the car park...

 

 Then off to make our Valentine Cards 💓

 At Hobbycraft.

 I waited in the little house outside....

  for my ride to .....

 Nice church on the hill...↓↓

Done a minimum of shopping to get my free coffee and magazine...

Dropped off some gardening magazines at a Charity Shop.

Looked what I picked up that was outside the shop???

That will go with my Lloyd Loom Collection!

Now to do more chop chop for tea.

We swapped the lamb for beef.

I try to add chilli flakes to it,

 the top came off,

and half a jar was added by mistake.....whoops

Everyone was moaning how hot it was except me...

I like it Hot Hot Hot!

 

 

Getting Back On It!

It is now finally here...

(Big sign of relief!)

I had a early coffee..

 Then my friend turned up..

(It was starting to snow outside)

Kettle went on.

Time for yak yak.

Biscuits and cake were served.

After 3 hours of yak yak,

My friend left.

I had a nice surprise in the post.

 Loads of ribbon!

The Family Court in London had signed and sealed the paperwork so my hubby can have joint parental responsibility for J + J \o/

While hubby and kids went to Kick Boxing,
I did some chop chop..↓

Not Cold But Frozen!

Having another ride outside today!

 Got into the car park to the Doctors a bit early..

 While in the waiting room.

My hubby kissed me while a doctor walked past...and he looked back at us! 💋💋

I now have a Frozen Shoulder,

It could take up to 12 months to go.

As for left foot...

The Doctor says "Patience is needed for it to heal."

I replied,"I have the patience of Job".

I have another sick note...

(If I could go to work, I surely would)

Back to the warm house to enjoy coffee.. 

Looked through some cooking books for ideas for tea tonight.

 Now to do some chop chop...

Had to replace the Taleggio chesse for Gruyere cheese.

Another lovely recipe made :)

Had to catch up with loads of episodes of:

 Hubby went to bed early...

I joined him later with some cold hands that needed warming up....

Had my first nibble and coffee of the day.

 Getting out of the house \o/

I popped into see Joe at Omega Therapies 

Got a nice smoking house :)

Now off to the hospital..

I saw the Consultant.

He touched the back of my left leg.

I screamed very LOUD...!!

More exercises need to be done by left leg..

Seeing him again in three weeks...

Visited town to get a watch strap for a new watch that lasted 24 hours 😬 

Market wasn't on

Gets home and has another cooking book delivered...:)

I had a chilled afternoon hunting down a Barry Manilow song I heard yesterday, but couldn't remember the title...

Soon found it :)

 I did more chop chop while I was listening to more good 70s music
