That's A Really Good Name!!

After experiencing the Monday chaos from the 1st part of Job 1
I dropped my homemade card to my 80+ year old friend for his Birthday.
Then on to my coffee date at Asda.
Even before I got in there, one man fell over the speed hump outside.
When he got up, I asked if he was alright. He nodded.
I said to him:
"Good job that wasn't me that fell over, as I would have caused a big enough crater that you could see from the moon!"
Later on I was introduced to a new staff member at one of my other jobs.
I liked him name that much, it will be added in the new book.
I did say to him, the character won't be talking much just using his hands alot.
One of my kids said to that:
"Will he be using sign language then?"
"Something like that...." I laughed.

Celebrating Together

We had a busy day ahead....
I visited my mum
(to wish her a Happy 72th Birthday)
My kids took part in the Remembrance Day Parade
 Followed by:
We went to a Service and then Blessing of the Graves.
The Vicar blessed my mum's grave. As he blessed her with holy water....
I moved out of the way, as holy water can burn!

Getting Ready To Celebrate...

I added several layers of thermals, as it is still  bloody cold...
I had a reference from Primark to fill in for a friend
I even dropped it into the store, while visiting town.
Bought new trainers for son,
(£5 voucher helped)
Looking forward to drinking this...soon
Bought the flowers for tomorrow.
As well as Remembrance Sunday
It's my late mum's 72th Birthday.
Be visiting her grave, having a chat, and giving her, her favourite colour of flowers.
I will be wearing my poppy with pride too!

Remembering The Fallen.

It rained and then froze during the night.
The thermal underwear was put back on.
Larry had a good scrape too..
Went back to my old haunt for my coffee and tea cake.
I got complimented on the colour scheme of my clothes,by another customer in the coffee shop."He called me:
"Colourful"
Wow!
(blushes)
I paid my respects at 11am on this Armistice Day

Not Another Gimp!

I was out and about
Coffee time!
Tried another cafe.
It was £1.50 more expensive than the Asda cafe I normally visit!!
As when I handed over the £5 note
(there were my tears on it)
Back to Asda cafe after today...
Got back home to find another surprise packet....
 This time it's for hubby....
(And it's NOT another Gimp suit!)

Batteries Not Required ;)

I woke up expecting some large dump of snow.
(On this Hump of The Week)
No such luck.
Wet, damp and cold!
Built up a sweat doing some extra work in the morning.
Enjoyed some nice coffee...afterwards
 I had a surprise delivery...
 George was looking after it.
Don't worry, it doesn't need batteries!!

Wearing As Many Layers As A .....

We had a really cold blast this morning..
On goes the thermal knickers...
(Hubby laughed)
I replied to his  laughter..with:
"You'll be helping me out of these later....!"
I had so many of layers under the sexy coat of my Lollipop job...
I felt like..

I did my jobs at home
(on the computer)
Upgraded my kids's winter wear.
Ordered more bedding for my gerbils.
It was time to break in a CD in Larry.
I added the backing vocals..
