Saved By The Tree!

Husbands are like fire. They go out when unattended
- Zsa Zsa Gabor
Welcome to my Tuesday 🌴
Warm hug with hubby.
Brew with breakfast.
I gave hubby a sloppy wet 💋 before he went to work.
I got dressed in long floaty maxi dress.
I had to ask my neighbour's carer to move his car, as he was parked over the drive.
Neighbour asked "Where I was going dressed like that?"
"Webbs,"I replied.
I had another compliment from the staff in the Newspaper shop, while I was getting the newspaper.
I got my B3 space.
Now to have a look around Webbs.
Looked on the reduced stand.
I got some reduced bits.
Now for chat, coffee and nibble.
Back to Sexy Beast, to drop off the things I bought before we walked around the gardens.
There was a car parked behind mine.
The licence plate number had been read out in Webbs while we were in the toilet.
Didn't think much of it.
Off for our walk around the gardens.
We go back to our cars, and two women were looking at the damaged car behind mine.
They asked me if the Tesla was mine.
I said no, and pointed to my car.
They looked at the damage to the car, and they said,"It had hit the tree at speed, causing damage to the front and the bonnet!"
They also said:
"If the tree wasn't there, the car would have hit my car instead!"
Wow.
I said goodbye to them and my friend, and off home I went.
Unpack my bargains.
Light lunch.
I wrote yesterday's blog post.
Tea at 3.
Then I carried on writing two blog posts from last week, when we were in Blackpool.
Hubby comes back,
He has  sloppy wet 💋💋
Tea is served.
Then out for fresh air...
The ducks were not very hungry.
We got back home.
While hubby was on his phone.
I planted some Lavender in the garden,
Got some weeds up,
&
Watered all the plants.
The Garden lights were coming on....
Once I finished.
I joined my hubby on the sofa.
I looked into today's newspaper.
