Don't Add The Fruit This Time!

I woke up far too early for a weekend!
I got the toast and brew on the go.
I wrote yesterday's blog post..
Sleeping Beauty woke up later on after I finished it.
We than had brew with warm hug.
Breakfast.
I got back into that warm bed and fell back to sleep.
Hubby dropped son off at his boxing lesson.
I finally surfaced after he came back from it!
On goes the Christmas themed dress.
 Nice strong coffee to wake up even more!
Now out of the house..
Then out to see my friends, Joe and Tracy at Omega
I gets a mystery bag for £10 as my youngest son like all the nice smelling incenses and candles.
Wished them all a Happy Christmas and a better 2021!
Then off to get some meat for a few weeks.
We gets back home.
Locks the front door.
Light lunch↓
Then to catch up a week's newsapapers lncluding today's.
 
Gordon Jackson, OBE  was a Scottish actor best remembered for his roles as the butler Angus Hudson in Upstairs, Downstairs and as George Cowley, the head of CI5, in The Professionals. He also portrayed Flt. Lt. Andrew MacDonald, "Intelligence", in The Great Escape.
He would have been 97 years old 🎈
He died aged 66 in 1990. 
Desmond Llewelyn  was a Welsh actor, best known for his role as Q in 17 of the James Bond films between 1963 and 1999.
He died on this day in 1999.He was 85 years old.
 We carry on watching Season 15 of Hell's Kitchen..

Watched Season 15 Hell's Kitchen to when the black jackets get handed out.
Over the fortnight I have off,
I am going to get more interesting facemasks made.....
Just need to find the time to wrap up the Christmas presents.....
The clock is ticking down....
 Mince pies need making!

Oh yes, need to buy the trifle mix too...
Must remember not to add fruit to the jelly, as I did last year, and the jelly wouldn't set.
The jelly had to be set in the freezer instead!
Sleep Tea time!

It was far too late to have our Steak Meal.
Nice and easy meal instead↓ 
 Hubby had a drink of brandy for the first time since January this year...
I had a sniff of his drink..
It brought back so many lovely memories
(So rude it would  make your hair turn curly!)
I haven't had an alcohol drink since Boxing Day 2013....
We have finished season 7↓
 Now moved onto Season 8↓
Time to drag a tired hubby off to bed↓
